IT Services

ShannSoft provides ongoing assistance for your PCs, laptops, mobile devices and server/network infrastructure. We also work with-in house teams to provide a "boots on the ground" presence where needed. We tailor these contracts to each company's needs.

IT Contract Services

We provide Service Level Agreements (SLA's) tailored to each customer's individual requirements.

Server Virtualization

We deploy and upgrade to Microsoft Virtualization solutions across our customer sites using Microsoft Hyper-V technology and increasingly Amazon cloud services.

Networking

We install Managed Switches and Business Class Routers for enhanced network site to site connectivity and user security, addressing both internal and remote office user's needs.

Microsoft Office365

Our client base is primarily on Office 365 for email. This will provide the base to move into more collaborative ventures going forward.

Cloud Backup

Where data goes missing or gets damaged we provide both local and cloud based backup strategies.
